Hi, everyone!
Even if temperatures don't really motivate you to sit in front of your computer, please don't forget to fill out your online registration forms by July 20 because, like every year, that's the closing date for our FilkCon.
Since we're going to be on vacation starting July 23, I ask you to treat the 20th as the closing date for the arrival of registration forms as well as payments.
If you have any questions about registration or general questions, please ask me!
Please ask Katy any questions about the youth hostel and our rooms.
And please ask Volker any questions about our technical equipment.
Besides our guests' concerts and those of our members, we have planned many workshops (music & dance), as always.
You may get more than one copy of this mail in the next few hours or days if you are on more than one list. Always look at the subject line, please. There may be different mails from us!

Hallöchen in die Runde!
Auch wenn die Temperaturen gerade nicht so an den Computer locken: vergesst nicht, bis zu 20. Juli eure Anmeldungen in den Rechner zu tippen - denn da ist wie jedes Jahr der Anmeldeschluss für unsere FilkCon!
Da wir ab 23. Juli im Urlaub sind, bitte ich den Anmeldeschluss-Termin sowohl für Anmeldung wie auch die Bezahlung der Congebühren als eintreffend zu betrachten!
Wer Fragen zur Anmeldung oder Allgemein hat, kann sich gerne an mich wenden!

Fragen zur Technik an Volker.
Neben den Gastkonzerten und denen der Teilehmer sind wieder jede Menge Workshops (Musik & Tanz) geplant.
Diese Mail erreicht euch möglicherweise in den nächsten Stunden/Tagen mehrfach, da ihr auf verschiedenen Verteilern seid! Bitte immer den Betreff beachten - es könnten auch verschiedene mails von uns sein!

Wie versprochen, haben wir uns diesmal wieder ein Conmerchandise für euch ausgedacht - Handtücher mit FilkCONtinental und Löwenzahnstickerei! :)
Die Größe beträgt 70 x 140 cm, mit (gelber) Stickerei.
Da wir eine Mindestabnahmezahl haben und uns für eine Farbe entscheiden müssen, bräuchten wir eure Mithilfe!
Bitte füllt unten stehenden Snippet aus und sendet ihn bis zum 20. Juli an Kirstin zurück, damit wir die kuschelweichen Filk-Wochenendverschönerer bestellen können.

Dear FC-members!
As promised, we have thought up some Con merchandise for you again – towels with 'FilkCONtinental' and some dandelion embroidery on it!
The dimensions will be 70 by 140 cm (about 27.5 by 55 inches), with (yellow) embroidery.
Since there is a minimum purchasing quantity, and we have to decide on a color, we need your help!
Please fill in the form below and send it back to Kirstin by July 20, so we can order those cozy Filk-weekend-brighterners.

Hallo ihr Lieben!
Ich hoffe ihr seid alle gut ins neue Jahr gekommen!
Endlich sind wir auch bereit uns in die neue Con-Runde zu stürzen. Ab 19. Januar Mittag 12 Uhr wird die Homepage der FilkCONtinental freigeschaltet sein und damit auch die Möglichkeit zur Anmeldung. Ob Online oder per Post, das könnt ihr euch aussuchen :)
Bitte lest euch PR1 und Homepage genau durch! Wenn ihr Fragen und Vorschläge habt, dann stehen wir gerne zur Verfügung und ansonsten:

Hello my friends!
I hopy ou all had a great start into 2010!
Finally we are ready to jump into another round of conventions. Starting January 19th at noon (Germany = 11:00 GMT) this year's FilkCONtinental homepage will be put online - and with it the registration form, both online and downloadable.
Please read PR1 and the homepage for essential information. If you have additional questions or suggestions, do not hesitate to contact us.
