We reserve the option of adapting membership fees and other costs according

Children under age 12 do not have to pay a membership fee, but the youth
hostel costs have to be paid.
Kids under age 3 are free, however it is mandatory that they are registered.
Last year, our memberships were sold out very quickly and we therefore introduced a waiting list.
As seen in 2006, everybody on that waiting list has a good chance to get a place at the con, since we do get cancellations, even sometimes in the last minute.
We would like to ask the waiting list candidates to transfer the money for the
con fee (not for the youth hostel!) to us so we can see that you are serious
about a participation. We would also like to ask the waiting list candidates
to tell us if they no longer plan to come to the con. Should a waiting list
candidate not get a place, we will of course refund the con fee.

Conditions
of participation |
Due to organising and insurance coverage reasons all participants have
to accept the following conditions:
1. Personal data will be electronically stored for administrative
reason, but will not be given away for commercial purposes.
2. You are liable for any damages you might cause. That includes
personal injury, material damages and damages under the law of property as
well as any claims due to copyright violation.
3. The rules of the youth hostel have to be observed, otherwise
an exclusion from the convention is possible.
4. The registration will not be valid before con fee PLUS youth
hostel fee have been paid.
The hostel bookings have to be paid in advance 4 weeks after registering or
until July 1, 2007* at the very latest. Should the money for the youth hostel
fee not have reached us until that time, we shall consider your membership
cancelled.
* this is valid only if there are still memberships available.
If not: first come, first served. Those who reserved bookings at FilkCONtinental
2006 have time till Feb 5, 2007 (British Filk Con). The memberships will be
reserved until then and go back into the pool if they are not spoken for until
then.
5. If you withdraw your registration please note that a money refund is only
possible if you have informed the committee by July 01,. 2007 at the latest.
Afterwards, con fee and youth hostel costs will not be refunded. It is possible
to let somebody else take over your booked place even after the registration
deadline. For registry changes we shall charge a fee of EUR 5.-
The registration part of committee has to be informed in writing (by post/
by e-mail) about the withdrawal/replacement.
